6月12日上午公司举行商务洽谈暨开业庆典活动。

 山东明兴金属科技股份有限公司实现了当年建厂、当年投产的可喜局面，被市主要领导确立为“明兴速度”和“明兴模式”。

      山东明兴金属科技股份有限公司新厂占地面积150亩，注册资金2600万元，拥有员工200人，属于国有控股的混合所有制企业。公司成立24年来，历经三次跨越，充分消化、吸收国内外先进制造经验，升华制造技术，走出一条自主研发的创新之路。特别是从2018年7月开始，明兴集团开启打造“明兴智造”的战略发展规划，投资5.16亿元建设“智能制造工业园”，为明兴金属科技的发展插上腾飞的翅膀。公司现年产不锈钢铸件3000吨，三年内达到6000吨、五年内可年产10000吨规模；今年5月底公司股改已经完成，年底前实现新三板上市，在条件成熟时，争取主板上市。

      明兴金属科技公司已积淀了成熟稳定的精铸、砂铸、机加工生产管理经验，本次增资扩规，通过设备升级、技术升级、管理升级，实现了熔模铸造、砂型铸造、机械加工的规模化、智能化、规范化，公司产品达到品种更多、质量更好、性能更稳，未来，向高端仿真3D模具发展！
